As a part of the K2 Skeeze website concept I pitched to K2, I produced this web series that documented trips with the young progressive female athletes on their team. We sought to create a series for the female riders free from common ‘action sports girls marketing’ that portrayed them in a positive, inspirational and fun light without sexualizing them or showing them as ditzy. Through the success of this series, the K2 Women’s Alliance (a separate but related marketing endeavor) was strengthened and sales of Women’s freeride skis increased substantially.
